About Bernedoodle

Bernedoodles are a mixed breed created by crossing Bernese Mountain Dogs with Poodles. This intentional crossbreeding aims to combine the desirable traits of both parent breeds. Bernese Mountain Dogs are known for their gentle and friendly nature, while Poodles are highly intelligent and hypoallergenic. The typical Bernedoodle puppy has a wavy, curly coat (from the poodle parent) and a black, brown and white pattern (from the Bernese mountain dog). However, not all Bernedoodles look alike. Bernedoodles are affectionate, loyal, and playful and are often thought of as the perfect family pet. They get along well with children and other animals, and their energetic nature makes them a great companion for playing in the park or going on a long walk outdoors.

OUR STORY

My wife Emily and I are pet lovers so we took up the initiative to breed these lovely dog breed to satisfy the needs of families who will want to own or add a new member to their family. My knowledge about the Bernedoodle has grown as the years go by as they are a dog breed that are very smart and make us to learn new things everyday. My history with owning a puppy goes right back to my Christmas holidays when I was twelve years old. My parents bought me a lovely Bernese Mountain dog puppy which I named Bear. Bear gave me a lot of childhood memories when I was growing as a teen. He was more than a best friend to me. He was so lovely and friendly. Back then when I was sad about something, Bear was always there to console me and make me smile again. I always thought he could talk as he understood me so much. I always speak to him at times hoping he will respond. Everywhere I went to, Bear was with me. I met my wife (Emily) in college. We were very good friends back then. She loved Bear so much she insisted her parents get her a dog and behold her parents got her a Poodle. Our dogs use to play together. Unfortunately, in our later years at college, I lost Bear. Years later after volunteering at a shelter and fostering a Bernedoodle for a couple of months we were amazed by how easy it was to live and train a Bernedoodle. Later on, Emily and I tied the knot and with our love for the Bernedoodle, we decided to breed and raise this dog breed and why not educate puppy lovers about the importance of owning a Bernedoodle puppy. Fast forward to today, we raise our kids and breed the Puppies on our 4 ½ acres of land where our puppies have enough space to play around. My family and I are dedicated to help everyone own the perfect, healthy puppy for their home. With our knowledge of this dog breed, we will say Bernedoodles are among the best dogs to own. We spend our time in training these puppies and making sure we help families own the most intelligent of this dog breed.
